CTM Hierarchy



Once we have a collective understanding as an organization of an OLC, we can then break down the components of the daily task that will determine the ability to evolve as a business.


OLC
An Opportunity Life Cycle is a set of Critical Tasks that are required to achieve and evolve the outcome and efficiency of the organization's desired objective. 


Critical Tasks
The steps required to complete an OLC that are made up of either Fixed Data or Variable Data.


Fixed Data-FD
Fixed Data Fields (Newton-Stability-Physics) require information used to manage the known situations and predict reliable outcomes. 


Variable Data-VD
Variable Data Fields (Darwin-Adaptability-Biology) require information that is used to manage the unknown circumstances that allow the business to evolve and create extra-genetic intelligence.


CF-Critical Field is the last populated field required which validates that all of the required FD and VD have been completed correctly in order to move from one critical task to another. 


CE-Critical Employee
An employee committed to the CTM philosophy that understands the value they add through evolving the business. This is the person who activates the software and takes responsibility for:  


   _Populating any field
   _Moving the opportunity from one CT to another.




Human Capital
The understanding of how Critical Employees are wired is the spark that runs CTM.
